what the?!

Jim got a nasty fright when he came home to find the above items. He quickly, and with much fear in his voice, assured me his system was working just fine! It is in fact a contraption for juicing oranges as well evidence that I shouldn’t be allowed to shop at Ikea on my own.

I know what you’re thinking, but it’s our blog and we can post as much drivel as we like!

About us

This site was a wedding gift, a means for us to keep in touch with our loved ones in Australia while we are living in France. It’s a way for us to recall all the details, no matter how small, that make living in a different country ultimately a fabulous experience. Dr Jim’s research with CNRS has brought us to Lille in Northern France. Claire occupies herself with being a domestic goddess, part-time English teaching and struggling to learn French.
